Enhance MS Access Forms with VBA

In Microsoft Access database, I need some VBA to attach 3 forms to 3 SQL queries that already exist. I've started the forms, but they are not complete.
Each query requires input from the user. I want the input to be captured on one form with the input fields required. On click of the button causes an Event that triggers the SQL with using the data input from the form.
Key Requirements:
- User Input: dropdown menus, checkboxes, and text fields.
- Dropdown Menus: 3 or more dropdown predefined.
- Event Triggering: SQL query using the data input from the form.
Skills and Experience:
- VBA
- Microsoft Access
- User-friendly forms
- SQL (not required, but could be helpful)
