Enhance Access Database with SQL Server

I'm looking for an experienced individual skilled in Access and SQL Server databases to intensify my current database platform. This job includes:
1. Transferring my Access database to SQL Server for centralized data management, to help improve the organization and accessibility of the data.
2. Maintaining certain aspects of my Access database during the transfer, such as the data structure, user interface, and the queries and reports. You should be proficient in seamlessly integrating these aspects into the SQL server solution.
3. Implementing additional features absent in the Access database. These include automated reporting and customized data analysis. Experience in these features will provide a big advantage.
The goal is to augment the current database system without disorienting users, while introducing new, beneficial features that enhance the data analysis process. If you have experience in executing similar tasks, I'd be delighted to discuss further.
