Employee Test Generation Program

I need an Access program that retrieves data from an Excel database containing employee information and questions. The program should create a test for each employee by randomly selecting 15 questions based on their department.

Key Requirements:
- Pull employee data and questions from Excel
- Generate a randomized 15-question test per employee
- Use department info for question selection
