Email Campaign Results Merging System

I need a system built that merges my email campaign results (.csv) with a master contact database (Name, Email, Company). The system should generate detailed individual reports combining email opens with the corresponding Name and Company info from the master database for daily use. I also want to be able to organize that final list and sort by "Labels", which are email groups that are contained in a single cell in my master database. I would also like to be able to remove any duplicates by Name from the final project. I need to find a simple system to handle this several times per week on my own.
