Eblast Review
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I use a custom email sending program written MS Access (accdb)
It works well and there is no need to modify the program as is.
However, I need 6 detailed reports such as;
1) to see a list of all emails sent by Date (just the text of the email,
not the entire list of recipients),
2) to see a list of all emails sent by Subject (just the text of the
email, not the entire list of recipients),
3) to be able to click on a email address and print it out individually by
session date and subject. (since more than one session can occur per
day, the subject field will be the unique identifier) include the sending
path.
4) to be able to see and print out a listing of all emails that it was
successfully delivered to recipients by session.
5) After a current send session has completed, a popup message box
to print out send report or not. Report to include all recipients that were
on the send list and the successful transmission to their mail server
including mail server name, date, time, message received in: Yes/No or
checkbox received.etc..
6) After a current send session, a list of any emails that have been
returned/not delivered to a recipient with explanation reason why
(example below in red text)

The eBlast program gets its data from a single table which brought into eBlast. eBlast has emailing protocols built in and takes care of sending out the table data.
The reports required will be generated after each send session and historically archived to be retrieved by using a drop-down control that specifies the subject creation and start date and end date for the report.
