Database for small heating and plumbing company

I'm in need of help to create a database for my small heating and plumbing company. This database needs to store customer information, as well as inventory and supplies. I'm also seeking a database with functionalities such as search, reporting, and data analysis, specifically one for keeping track of warranties and to arrange the annual service. It's important that this database be accessible to up to five users. If you believe you have the skills to help me build something like this, I'd love to hear from you. Microsoft access would be good as we are used to using it but other platform will work if needed.
