Database developer needed
Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
I work for a residential care charity and am exploring possible solutions to a problem that I have been asked to solve, and being a charity, for the least money possible.....
We have approx 150 staff, who each need to take between 10 and 25 courses each per year.
The courses are done by our inhouse trainer, or via online providers.
I need to be able to keep track of who has completed what training and when, and alert by email them and their teamleader, when the training needs to be redone.
Ideally there would be access (read only) by the teamleaders with editing rights restricted to myself and one or two others.
It would need to be able to produce a report by staff member, or team, or course
The report would need to demonstrate who held valid current training on each course and when it would expire, and who did not have current valid training.
Since different teams require different courses it would be useful when showing who did not have valid training if it could be tailored to only those courses they need.
We dont need anything overly complicated or pretty, just needs to be functional, but I know that designing the system is well beyond me, although I dont have any problem with doing a heap of data entry !
I need to know how much it would be for the initial build and ongoing costs
