Database Creation

We used Lotus Notes for many years but discontinued use several years ago apart from a few archival databases. I would like to have someone convert these databases to a new service. The service would require the ability for us to add new content monthly and be accessible from the web by unregistered users. The data and pdf attachments must be searchable.
