Data Entry Administrator

MATES in Construction is a charity that delivers mental health and suicide prevention programs across construction related workplaces. It is an evidence-based, community development organisation that uses training and support to build resilience in the workplace community.
The MATES in Construction program was established in 2019 in New Zealand and has taken off due to the fantastic support of the NZ construction Industry.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a self-driven and motivated individual to join the MATES in Construction Whanau.
This role will be responsible for updating and maintaining the MATES in Construction Database. This will involve day-to-day entry of our training data to ensure that we have clear and accurate records. You will also be the go-to person when it comes to our database - troubleshooting issues as they pop up and identifying ways that we can improve our data collection and management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Updating, maintaining, and creating data entries to ensure our database is up to date and accurate.
Liaising with the Database Developer to ensure that the MATES in Construction Database meets MATES data storage and reporting needs.
Troubleshooting database issues as they arise and liaising with the Database Developer to ensure that any necessary changes are put in place to prevent future issues.
Pulling reports and exporting data for regular operations and research reporting.
