Customer Interview Database is consist of the following:
1.Main menu - place to search for a customer by name of id number, and than there are should be two buttons/options to choose to "create new interview" (opens Interview Form) or "look at interview history" (opens Previous Interview Forms List).
2. "Interview Form" - basic form tied to a specific customer by id/name, questions and category fields. In the end of the form there is a "Save Form"
button that saves this form to the "Previous Interview Forms List".
3. "Previous interview Forms List" consist of previous interview forms of particular customer.
