Create rational Data-base design and Implement Database (Microsoft Access) (£40) -- 3

I have completed some of the task. The sql notation needs to be converted so it is executable in oracle or microsoft acess 2016. The erd diagram needs to be updated to be in chen notation and the tables need to contain data so the queries output something. PLEASE VIEW BOTH DOCUMENTS.
