Create a database for foods and scrape website

I am in need of a database for food that can store product category information. I am not sure which type of system will be best to use (MySQL, MS Access, or Oracle) and what format I need it to be accessible in (Excel Spreadsheet, Web Application, or Mobile App). It is crucial that the database be easy to use and maintain, as well as being able to store the required information efficiently and accurately. The database should have basic functionalities such as: adding, editing, and deleting product categories with ease. Ultimately, I need to be able to access the data in whatever way makes the most sense for my company and be able to update it as needed.
