Create Payroll System in MS Access
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
We need a payroll database that can support up to 5000+ employee profiles.
I am aware that there are already templates available on the web but we'd like one customised for our use.
We may also require ongoing maintenance as more features are required.
Functions required:
- New employees must be able to be added/edited via either a form or a bulk upload from Excel
We will need custom fields such as visa end dates and emergency contact details.
- Pay runs must be able to be uploaded in bulk via an Excel template. We do NOT require the database to calculate taxes. Any data validation checks would be appreciated eg alerts for payments to terminated employees or employees not in system.
- System must be able to generate reports such as employee wage data between X and Y dates.
A strong grasp of English is highly preferable.
