Create Microsoft Access Database

We hold all our data in Excel at present, storing all data housed in separate sheets used for various purposes for the company.
We need a database to be created to draw data to show in format we require.
One example being we store product ingredients with percentages, nutritional labels, certifications and how to use product. We want to transfer the data to Access database so it automatically displays relevant data in specified form we want for labelling purposes.
Another example is we house all product data.
Another potential form is pulling all the data into a template for us to export to Excel to place the order
