Create Database Using MS Access for Clients Weight Measurements
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We do have an excel file ready with us and we would like to control the data entry and have all clients saved in one database file. What we need the file to do is:
1- Save the clients data
2- Allow staff to enter the weight and measurements every time the client re-visit us
3- Have a dedicated box for notes of each visit
4- all data must be easily searchable by client/goal/or any data captured
5- Dashboard of statistics
