Create an Access query

Hello. I have an existing Access database that I would like to modify. The Access itself (which I am attaching) is a simple call management database where I can record what calls have been made. What I would like to modify is that if I enter a phone number in the data form, and then press the button to make a query that prints out the customer details based on the phone number, and the calls recorded in relation to it. I should do it in such a way that I can open the call form for the calls concerned.

I have tried to create the query but I am lost, so I would like your help, thank you very much in advance!
