Create MS Access 2024 Interface

I am looking for a skilled Microsoft Access developer to create a simple user interface for a database that is already built.
Skills and experience needed:
- Strong proficiency Microsoft Access 2024
- Experience in creating user interface
- Ability to troubleshoot Microsoft Access databases.
Tasks:
Open the existing database (built in an older version of Microsoft Access) and confirm all the functionalities (queries, reports, etc...) work in Microsoft Access 2024.
Create a simple user interface (Form) in Microsoft Access to perform the following tasks that already exist in the database:
One button that will open a form, in which the user can enter a number (unique ID) and other existing data associated with that ID will appear on the form: First name, last name, address, picture. It will also record the date and time when the ID was entered in an existing table.
One button to create a report from the table where the new dates and times were recorded in the steps above. That process will allow the user to enter a "from" date and a "to" date. The report will include all name and IDs and the number of times each ID is repeated within that period of time. A PDF and an Excel table will be produced for easy printing.
One button to print any existing report that already exists in the database. The user will be prompted to choose from a list of existing reports.
One button to open a form that will allow the user to enter new records by manually typing all fields, including a new ID.
