Convert a complex Access database to one that is accessible from any computer

We have a MS_Access system for recording employees time by project, task, sub-task etc
It can currently only be accessed from a computer through IE. We need it to be accessible from Mac products and mobile devices as well.
The system must allow for recorded time to be reviewed and approved by designated users.
One category of time (visits) needs a more complex allocation method involving sequential trip numbering and the ability to enter the total of each trip's expenses.
We also have some complex reporting requirements from the database.
