Connect MS Access to SQL Server DB. Change in Access should updated to SQL DB

I am looking for a skilled developer to help me connect my MS Access database to a SQL Server and ensure that any changes made in Access tables are automatically updated in the SQL DB. Multiple users should be able to change the Access tables.
