Excel Expert Needed to Develop Comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS)
Description:
We are seeking an experienced freelancer to develop a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) in Excel. The system will need to integrate seamlessly with our existing Power Apps-based Issue Management System (IMS). The goal is to have a robust, user-friendly QMS that manages various aspects of quality control and compliance as outlined below.

Project Scope:
The QMS will include the following modules:

1. Quality Database :
- Corrective Actions
- Audit Compliance
- Risk Management
- Nonconformances
- Projects & Meetings
- EHS Management
- QMS Compliance Tools

2. Ground Control
- Document Control
- Electronic Approvals
- Training Management
- Change Control (APQP)

3. Vendor Management
- Vendor Quality
- Approved Vendor List
- Ratings and Score Cards

4. Inspection Database
- Incoming, In-process & Final Inspections
- Inspection Plans
- Control Plans
- SPC Charts

5. Asset Management :
- Calibration Control
- Preventive Maintenance
- Unscheduled Maintenance

Key Deliverables:

- Excel tables for each module with appropriate columns and data validation.
- User-friendly forms for data entry and management.
- VBA macros to automate tasks such as notifications and report generation.
- Integration with our existing Power Apps IMS.
- Documentation for the system, including user guides and technical details.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in creating complex Excel systems with VBA.
- Familiarity with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills to understand requirements and provide updates.
