Building Microsoft Access Database

I need to build a Microsoft Access database to manage one of the functions in my work as a quality engineer, it will be about quality inspections checklists related to projects and each checklist can have positive and negative observations and every item in the checklist can have remarks. I will need intuitive forms for the user interface and the ability to generate reports.
