Build a simple pricing database [Excel, Microsot Access]

We are a manufacturing unit which require a pricing database for our Products
Inputs:
Raw material- unit pricing (dynamic-- needs to be editable based of pricing fluctuation)
Raw material composition-(% of raw material consumed for each finished product--Static not editable)

Output
Raw material unit pricing X Raw material Composition = Finished price of each product
