Build GUI with dataentry, stock control, reporting for GoogleSheet

I am looking for a designer to create GUI for googlesheet data entry and reporting for my business. Would you be able to complete this task?
We are manufacturer and suppliers of window furnishing products to retail and commercial customers. Currently we have everything is on paper and few data on googlesheet. So we thinking to shift everything to googlesheet but lot of errors happening during data entry since different people are using it.
So we need dataentry, validation, stock control, email, reporting etc in the whole system.
