Build an Access VBA database with custom UI

Scope: upgrade an existing Excel VBA multi-stage project estimating tool for the construction industry to an Access VBA database. Current state: projects are run individually through the xlam add-in, no ability to have a comprehensive view of all projects. Future state: run all projects through a centralized Access VBA (on SharePoint) for full visibility and reporting purposes. Requirements: Access VBA skills
