Bakery Formula Costing Database

My bakery is now in it's fourth generation of ownership. My Dad started using a database program called Formula Coster on his Apple IIc to figure out how to correctly price our baked goods based on ingredient costs, labor costs, overhead, etc. The program also allows us to store the formulas and makeup instructions for all our products based on the dough batch and individual pieces from the dough. It's a simple program that we still use today, but are afraid it may not continue to work very long. Other programs exist, but are all cloud based and require subscriptions with features we do not need. I'm looking for a database designer that can create a replacement for this old software that can be run on modern computers. If possible, it would be great to be able to migrate the data from the old floppy disks to prevent data entry. I can provide printed reports or photographs of the data entry screens and the reports that are generated.
