Automated Quote Building Tool - MS Word + Excel + Access

Hello, I am looking for someone who can build me an automated quote building tool in Microsoft Office.
The main quote template will be built in MS Word and it should have dropdowns where they can select:
1. Client
2. Sales Person
3. Unit
I believe the databases for these dropdowns should be built-in Access/Excel so the document can be auto-populated.
Then the user should easily be able to select the dropdown which should auto-populated the MS Word Document and then when I click a button the quote should be exported as a .PDF
