Automate MS Form Submission to Emails

I need a Power Automate expert to set up an automation for my MS Forms. The project involves:
- Triggering an action when the MS Form is submitted: This should include sending a notification email and storing form data in a database.
- The notification email should be sent to a group of recipients, not just the form submitter or a specific email address. The list of recipients will vary depending on the selection in one of the fields
- The email should contain all form responses.
