Application for Data collection for pc and android
1- The Application should have role for admin and user
- Admin should have the role over all the application include delete and creating user also .
The application should include:
1- Login page for user and admin
2- Two button “archive & logs “
A- Archive should include:
1- Data entry form for access Microsoft that will contain information and documents “the document should be included in the form to scan it from the printer and store it in profile of the beneficiaries.
2- The form should be in string number consequence like 1, 2, 3,4 ,5 etc.… and saved the profile in the access data
3- The Data should be export and import through access Microsoft.
4- The document of each beneficiary should be printable through the pressing the profile and go to document and print it.
5- Search should be included in the data so we can edit the data through search in the profile
B- Logs should include:
1- When you enter to the logs you should have years and months each year have 12 months and each month should have logs and the logs should increased and decreased by admin as example:
Logs = > Years example 2022 => months example Jan => logs example: we have 30 logs inside it and we can import and export the logs through excel Microsoft => each log have profiles of beneficiaries and should be editable and we can edit the log column as well.
2- There is should be calculation inside the logs and total in year and months
3- There should be search button inside the logs so the person can search inside the data.
User role:
The user can add forms to the archive and can search inside the data but he can’t delete or edit inside the data.
The user can search inside the logs only and he don’t have any role only searching inside the logs for data.
