Adobe forms creator to convert existing quote forms into a service agreement for clients.

We have been using MS Access Database to collect client prospects and then present the information into a form that we can use as both a quote and ultimatly a service agreement. Would like to retain the same look and feel but need to move off Access. the original developer of the Access program is no longer available to us. I think we can accomplish this in Adobe. we need to collect and retain the file content, at several stages of the process. Happy to discuss further and send a file to have you look at.
