Acess Macro/Query

I have a sheet that has the time a person clocked in and time that they clocked out, i want to get the detailed time spent on each hour per hour, for example if clocked in at 9:15 and left at 11:15 then the 9th hour i only worked 75% of that hour so it will be .75 the 10th hour i worked all of it so it will be 1 and the 11th hour i only worked 15% so it will .25, any hour thats not worked should have a 0. i attached pics on what should look like
