Access database design and build

I have a very small real estate business in Italy. Basically, it’s a hobby business with only myself employed.
Historically I have kept all my records in various spreadsheets, but my data is getting too rich and complicated to maintain - so I need a simple database which will allow me to record static information but more importantly match buyer and seller records .
