MS Access data validation tool

We have a database in Access that is split into front end and back end. Occasionaly, a sister company will make changes to the data in the back end and send them to us. We need to compare the two tables to find any differences and highlight them. Then if the changes are acceptable a button on the form will update our copy of the table. The source table has about 35 columns and 5000 rows. There are two different tables that need to be compared.
Also, we need to check all the values in the table are within a valid range. The maximum and minimum values witll be defined with another table with the criteria for use based on one of the values in the original table.
