Access data transfer

We have Access software customer built for our company that sorts our data for telemarketing calls.
I need help with the following:
1. Download entire program and data into a new PC without losing any data
2. Be able to pull all of the data in one file with phone number only so we can send to data to data companies to purchase new data
3. Upload newly purchased data into the Access system.
