Access data

I am looking to make a program on Access to be used by 12 mobile Terminals ( IPAD) where employees enter data in specific fields, the data is a range which result in True or False, The Administrator will revise the data entered and if all OK then print a report. You should have a deep, complete knowledge and service for a Access Data . And I need to see samples of your work,
