Access application + PostgreSQL + Access interface

I need a Microsoft Access front-end that connects seamlessly to a PostgreSQL back-end so I can manage our existing data with minimal friction. The core job is to build an Access interface that lets me import and export records to and from the PostgreSQL database quickly and reliably. a multi user interface via RDP access to the windows / postgreSQL server.
