Ms Access VBA - Einvoice solution with base64 QR Code

Looking for MS Access expert to deploy E-Invoice solution as per below requirements
Invoice with QR Code
Data in QR Code:
1. Company Name (Arabic & English)
2. Company TIN Number
3. Invoice Date & Time in (yyyy-mm-ddThh:mm:ssZ) format
4. Total amount of invoice
5. Total tax amount of invoice

As per requirements it should be in Tag Length Value (TLV) format
