MS Access Supplier DB - 3 Tables/Forms into 1 Table/Form

I have a MS Access Supplier DB that works well already. I have 3 Tables with Relationships (Manufacturers, Distributors and Suppliers). And I have 3 Forms.

I want to combine the 3 Tables into 1 Table but keep the current Relationships. The aim is to use 1 Form only and the other 2 Forms can be deleted. I can explain better by Zoom/Teams, if required.
