MS-Access Rest API interface

I have an Access database with customer, inventory, and service level data. I need this data to PUT/PUSH/DELETE to two disparate systems, provided by a hardware vendor. I have full documentation on the Rest/JSON API created by the hardware vendor. Looking for a turn-key solution that I can roll into the existing Access database to process these data requests on-demand. This project can be completed using VBA, or other products that will seamlessly integrate into MS-Access.
The solution must be table-based with respect to API IP Address, method used, and username/password credentials (to support potential future changes in any of these data items. The specific URI criteria will be available and passed to the requested programming process when the PUSH/PUT/DELETE request is called.
