Access Reports with images (automatically expand/Resize image fields)

Hi All. Firstly I would like to know if this is EVEN at all possible.
I designed an access app that creates Quotations.
You enter the data of the customer as in "attachement1 "
It autofill's all the customer detail fields. (This Works already)
Then in the sub form, you enter the stock code of the product and it also autofill's the rest of the product details. (This Works already)
The Product Add/View form where you edit or add product details you can add a picture with the browse button. (This Works already) "attachment2"
When clicking on the report preview button, the report works perfectly...HOWEVER
QUESTION FOR PROJECT - In the report - I need the (image underneath the description - in the same field in a table)
The problem is.. the pictures are "Different Sizes" and needs to be able to automatically resize and fit into the description field in the report.
I have attached an example of the word quotation that is used (in Word)
You will see 3 sample products and conditions over 2 pages.
As you can see the images are different sizes AND sometimes there are pictures between the wording of the description.
I would like to pull through the data from the description field from the products db with the images. "Attachment2"
Can this be done? TIA
