Access Query - Return 0 Values

Running a simple query to sum(charge) and counts rows. I have a 'driver' table - attempting to join to table with the detail rows for different date ranges. I need a query / the syntax such that for any particular date range if there are no rows in the detail table for a particular driver row in the driver table - return a charge some of $0 and job / row count of 0.
