M.S. Access Project Forms and reports

I need a professional to create a forms and reports in Microsoft Access.
The project will be reading from excel sheet, validate data then store it in Microsoft access, the forms also will be programmed to show some data and insert some data and show some graphs and dashboards.
all the way there is a reports to be showed and to be printed.
Show me example of similar work please.
Please look at the attached file, there is already made accdb file and there are some codes to read and update some tables inside.
Please use the instruction file attached in (Project Description_Dec2021.xlxs) to know what you should do to complete the project.
Please don't make any bid before you totally understand the requirements as I'll not be revising the price.
Your price will be for the project delivery as you will determine and within the agreed timeframe, failed to deliver within the timeframe will be not be tolerated unless we have agreed on that.
