Access Loan Management system

Hello,



I am looking for a loan Management system database that can deliver the following.
#
Keep track of all loan information ( Financing company / loan amount/ interest%/ Terms/ payments interval/ start date/ payment #/ interest compounding / end date) for multiple companies. We should be able to assign a loan number to new loans.
#
calculation for different type of interest annual, regular compound interest that ties to the payment start date of the of loan).
#
A form view where the user can add /edit/delete or look up loan information and that can save it to the loan table.
As well as create a loan amortization schedule based on the loan information given. That can be printed and saved in the database. Which can be lookup by the loan #.
Reports
List all loans for each company. (The user just adds the name of the company and reports populate the relative loan information)
A report that shows as of the given date, how many payments have been made to a financing company and how much balance is left to pay per company) (principal and interest separate). *User should be able to make selections between financing company and lending company
