Access Invoice & Report Wizard
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
OBJECTIVE: To create a form that will generate bills for clients based on their tax bills and the amount of savings that we provide for them by protesting their property tax value. Their tax bill is calculated according to what each taxing entity charges and what exemptions they offer. Those rates and exemptions are applied to the proposed value and the final value of the property to determine the proposed and final tax amounts. This determines how much we save our clients for our service and how much we are billing them for that service. I would also like a report that will show each form as a single page.
1. create form that is relational to the properties table, tax rates table, and invoice table.

Please see attached word doc for specifics. The database attached has the database with the data. I have built the form as how it needs to look and what fields it needs, but I do not have the correct record source/format because I do not know how to do that to get the information I want (that's where you come in!)
I am also open to the option of doing this in excel if you think it would be easier.
