MS Access Inventory Management System

I'm looking for an experienced MS Access developer to create an Inventory Management System for me. This system should also encompass billing functionalities, specifically:
- Invoice Generation
- Payment Tracking
- Customer Database
As this will be a standalone system, there is no need for it to integrate with any existing software or databases.
Ideal candidates for this project should have:
