MS Access Form to manage WebOffice License Database -- 2

Create a MS Access Form for two tables (customer info, license data) so we can manage the licenses for our product WebOffice.
The database structure exists in MSSQL with records from the last 10+ years.

We have the following data available:
Customer name
License key
License meta date:
-License Type
-License validation date
-Licensed components/modules
-Reseller/Distributer
-...

Manage license database means:
- Search for info
- Add new licenses
- Update records (customer, license info)
- Delete records
