MS Access or MS Excel SMB ERP

I'm a small distributor for a fashion Brand. One brand only. I need an SMB ERP with the following functions.
- customer list (my customers are retail / wholesale customers)
- products / item list (the products my customers will order), with item number, item name, price, size, etc...
- purchase order (the products I buy from the supplier)
- Customer order (products my customers buy from me).

I need the following functions:
- Order sheets, delivery note, invoice, stock control.
- Oder entry ideally in the size-grid (XS, S, M, L, XL.... see attached file).
- on the order sheet I want to be able to adjust sales terms for each customer (e.g. discounts, free items, cost,
- it should create some sort of database
- Report

Attached an Excel file from my current order sheet which is very complicated since I need to create a new file for every customer, order, delivery note, invoice... etc.. (no database).
