MS Access Database for small business
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I want a database to track my customer contracts.
This database will :
1. track the equipment each customer owns
2. have a field to show/update the contract price for each model of equipment
3. easy update pricing by model so when one model price is update, that updates price for all customers who own that same model
4. one place to show tax rate which changes by county
5. easy place to update tax rates which change yearly - once rate is updated, all customers in that county will show the tax rate for that county
6. tracks companies and contact info
7. some companies are subsidiaries of other companies so, when a parent company contract is needed, the contract will be for the parent companies equipment and all equipment owned by their subsidiaries
8. a printable report for each contract showing breakdown of charges (all equipment + tax -company discount * how many years contract will cover)
9. easy way to change equipment owner or delete equipment
10. easy way to add/delete customers
We have started a database but are not able to finish due to technical difficulties.
The attached can be used or you can build from scratch as using one from a newB is not always best.
