Service needed: Data entry and reporting database in Access
Situation: We are conducting a research project, and we will capture a lot of information. We need to codify the information we obtain from the market in a database. Each object (e.g., product in the market) will need to be analyzed (not in this job, here we only need the database), and our analysts need to a place to log in the information. This is why we need a database.
Tasks:
*Create initial relational database, built in Access.
*Database will include 25 columns overall, spread in three or four tables, including one doc upload column
*We will need the data entry form
*Template for basic reports needs to be designed as well
*We will provide the map for the database in Excel and we will describe it to developer over a phone call
*The data types are numeric, date, image upload, doc upload (e.g., PDF).
*Please budget time to talk to us or "chat" with us about the project, whatever works best in this system, both before, and after deliverable.
