MS Access Database Revision & Web Data Population
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I'm seeking an expert in MS Access to revise my current database for better functionality and to assist with web data population. This project has two key phases:
1) Revision of the existing MS Access Database
- Correcting Form view fields: There are some fields in form view that are incorrect or incomplete, such as "Contact 4" information, "Ownership" and "PE Info". Some fields need to be created, some need to be aligned in better table structure.
- Logical restructuring of tables: My current tables (Contacts, Capabilities, Soft Scores, etc.) were created by Access when I started the database. These tables need to be restructured to be more logical and user-friendly.
- Changing fields: Some fields need to be changed to be radial or Yes/No (eg: all "SCM Capabilities").
- I would like to be able to Save, Create, Delete and Output records.
2) Data Population from Web
- I need assistance in creating a web search to populate the data in the revised database.
Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Extensive experience with MS Access
- Strong understanding of database structures
- Knowledge in web data scraping
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail, especially with form view fields and other details.
