MS-Access Database Modification & VBA Enhancements

I'm looking for a professional with extensive experience in MS-Access and VBA to help me fine-tune my existing database. This database tracks the stays (assignments = Ents) of school members (participants = Tln) who are doing internships or foreign courses at specific locations (hosting organizations = AO).
Ideal expertise:

The project involves:
- Modifying the existing forms and layouts
- Improving the data integration between tables
- Enhancing report generation
Most of the tables, forms, queries, and reports are already set. However, some integration points need to be adjusted, and this is where your expertise will come in handy. An extensive documentation is available, and I have detailed examples of the data integration issues we are facing.
You will primarily be tasked with modifying the existing VBA scripts to ensure smooth operation of the database. Your ability to deliver high-quality work in a timely manner will be greatly valued.
